An Aussie reel (another one is the Hayden reviewed above). A one kind of a reel. I have the 425BE that I used on tarpons.

Here is a link to some pictures of the reel and here is the exploded view of the 425B (antireverse)... just remove the handle and place it on the spool and you end with the direct drive.
